The Drive Foundation for Leadership Advancement and Empowerment is a
forward-thinking organization
dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through inclusive skill-building and transformational
leadership development. Its mission is to create lasting change by equipping youth and underserved groups
with the tools to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.
The Foundation offers training, mentorship, and capacity-building programs in areas like fashion design,
software development, arts and crafts, digital support, literacy, and civic education. These initiatives
promote career readiness, entrepreneurship, and social impact.
By emphasizing innovation, character, and civic responsibility, Drive Foundation nurtures resilient,
purpose-driven individuals. Through strategic partnerships and community efforts, it continues to expand

Dexter Ohaeri
Executive Director
Dexter Ohaeri is the Executive Director of the Drive Foundation, leading efforts to empower youth and underserved communities through faith-based, skill-driven programs. With a background in digital design, storytelling and Communication Engineering, Dexter drives a vision of purpose-driven leadership and community transformation.
Gbemisola Bamiduro (Ph.D)
Director of Finance and Administration
Dr. Gbemisola Bamiduro is the Director of Finance and Administration at the Drive Foundation, where she oversees financial strategy, organizational systems, and daily operations. With a Ph.D. in Environmental Chemistry and a background in research and administration, she ensures that Drive's programs are built on strong planning, accountability, and long-term sustainability.
Ego Samuel
Project Manager
Nwakaego Joy Samuel is the Project Manager at the Drive Foundation, where she leads educational initiatives and community programs. With over 10 years of experience in teaching, counselling, and management, and a Master’s in Guidance and Counselling, she brings strong leadership and a passion for empowering educators, parents, and learners.
